After successfully delivering high-quality services across Wakefield, Leeds, and Middlesbrough, we are proud to continue strengthening and expanding our regional footprint. As part of our ongoing growth and development, we are seeking an experienced, values-driven Regional Operations Manager/Registered Manager to lead, oversee, and further develop our 7 services across Leeds, Middlesbrough and Wakefield, totalling approximately 3000 commissioned hours.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone passionate about quality, culture, governance, and person-centred practice. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Governance.
