We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Manager in the Leeds area in a brand new service. After successfully working in Wakefield with 3 services, we are now proud to announce we are expanding the 1st Enable footprint into Leeds.
As part of our growth plans, we are excited to launch a newly developed service in Beeston, Leeds and looking for a passionate, experienced and person-centred Service Manager to lead and develop a new high-performing staff team from the ground up.
Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager, you will help establish a high-quality, person-centred service that supports individuals to lead active and fulfilling lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and be involved in setting standards, culture, and best practice from day one.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), working around core hours with on-call responsibilities and flexibility to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
