You will be responsible for shaping and embedding our people plan within your own business area. Working with your operational management team to deliver the HR people plan and championing people innovation. The HRBP will also work closely and share best practice within the wider HR team on shaping, influencing, and embedding the HR Model across the company.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives
- Support TUPE, acquisitions, and integration processes for new services within your area
- Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to all employees
- Deliver ER clinics and coach managers on HR best practice
- Analyse people data to shape decisions and solutions
- Identify and manage internal and external risks by analysing data and delivering solutions to your management team
- Support and drive colleague engagement in services to reduce absence and save money
- Coaching and building the capability of line managers to anticipate and pre-empt issues, including facilitating the delivery of effective feedback and performance management
- Leading and supporting programmes that enhance our ability to retain and develop our highly skilled team
Person Specification
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources or equivalent experience and committed to working towards a professional qualification is desirable
- Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR setting providing leadership and coaching to managers. Experience gained in a Health & Social Care setting would be an advantage
- Great at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience
- Strong all-round confident communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels, as well as regular presenting to senior management teams
- The ability to develop and maintain great working relationships with internal managers at all levels with well-developed diplomacy, listening and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR process and practice
