The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Due to expansion, we are currently looking to employ a new Care Quality Assurance Officer to add to our existing team. You must have strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage both service user and staff issues towards ensuring we provide high quality care. Due to the nature of the post, it is essential that you are familiar with, and are competent in computer IT systems such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
Your key duties will include:
- To support managers and staff to understand practical and performance issues to encourage the development of both policy and practice.
- To undertake care spot-checks and compliance audits.
- To support staff to utilise our systems so they are able to understand how they are performing and to demonstrate necessary improvements.
- Ensure you are providing staff with guidance and advice following 1st Class Cares policies and procedures.
