Group Marketing Manager Location: Wokingham, Occasional Travel Required Job Type: 12 Month Mat Cover FTC, ASAP Start Salary: Confidential – Please Enquire Our client is a long-established, market-leading organisation within the manufacturing sector. They are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to join on a 12-month maternity cover contract, leading marketing activity across several businesses within the group. This is a strategic, hands-on role overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, product launches, content, events and brand activity. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and develop a marketing team, including workload planning and performance reviews Own and deliver the Group-wide content calendar across digital, print and internal channels Oversee all exhibitions and events, and manage associated budgets Shape and implement marketing strategy across multiple business units Manage the groups webinar programme and support new content development Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals Other ad hoc tasks as needed (responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs) Requirements: You’ll be an organised, proactive marketing professional with 4+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role, including team leadership. Experience in manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment is highly desirable.
