About the Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Welder/Fabrication Engineer, you will work with stainless steel materials (1.0mm – 12mm thickness) using Tig and Synergic Mig welding processes. This role involves:
- Fabrication of components using engineering drawings.
- Working with tolerances, bend allowances, and sheet-metal machinery.
- Pipework and purge welding.
- Operating in the production area or on-site with clients, ensuring high standards in Health & Safety, production, and inspection.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds qualifications in Welding and Fabrication or an apprenticeship in a recognised engineering environment.
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques, especially with stainless steel.
- Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and operating sheet-metal machinery.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and discipline in all tasks.
