Location - Huntingdon

Work as part of a shift pattern between 07:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday on-call hours

Initial 12 week contract

  • First point of contact for Stakeholders: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the SZC project key stakeholders including the client, site operations and contractors. Support the Water Delivery Lead in maintaining strong working relationships through effective communication, coordination, and engagement to ensure an efficient, sustainable, and resilient service. Respond to stakeholder communications (emails, phone calls, teams) within agreed levels of service, providing clear and timely updates. Liaise with stakeholders through regular virtual and face-to-face meetings, and site visits where required. Support the identification, troubleshooting, and escalation of operational issues to assist timely resolution. Maintain clear, professional communication to support client satisfaction and ongoing business relationships. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and supporting improvement initiatives. Develop within the role as the client requirements and project scale and complexity increase.
  • Scheduling and operational Coordination: Coordinate resources and schedules during operational hours to help ensure client requirements and delivery targets are met.
