Our fantastic client, a specialist in their field with a reputation as a great employer, is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn to elevate the company's brand presence and drive engagement with decision makers.
As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience managing LinkedIn for B2B companies, strong content strategy skills, the ability to partner with senior management and be self-analytical.
Your responsibilities will see you:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation and conversion.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn page, including content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business purpose and commercial goals.
- Create engaging content using your videography and photography skills, tailored to decision makers.
- Monitor trends, track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, follower growth, post reach) and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with platform best practices and competitors' activity.
- Manage other social media channels, understanding the difference and viability between each platform.
To be suitable for the role, you will have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in social media management, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging LinkedIn audiences.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a tone suited for a professional audience.
- Experience with content strategy and content creation (design skills, videography and photography skills are essential).
- Analytical mindset with experience using LinkedIn Analytics and other tracking platforms.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills.
