About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join a busy and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures. You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations by checking incoming stock, confirming quantities and product condition, and ensuring items are stored correctly within the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a willingness to carry out a variety of warehouse and yard duties, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence
- Experience using scanner guns and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- The physical fitness required for manual handling duties and outdoor work
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Basic IT skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety procedures and company standards
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- A full, valid driving licence
