Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND.
- Adapt learning activities and materials to meet individual needs.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
- Assist in monitoring and recording progress.

Requirements
- Level 2 in Maths and English & Level 3 qualification in care-based topic.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service essential.
- Experience working with young people, ideally with SEND.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
