We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Onboarding & Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy and supportive People team. This role will focus on engaging with candidates and supporting hiring managers to ensure smooth interview scheduling and onboarding processes. You’ll also manage key administrative tasks and support the wider pre-hire and onboarding journey. This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity offering a mix of home working and time in a regional office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Support onboarding and pre-hire processes
  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
  • Provide general recruitment and administrative support

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing workload and priorities
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365
  • Customer service or onboarding experience beneficial (not essential)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
