As the Portfolio Account Manager for this business, you will be:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, including key accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities and upselling packaging solutions
  • Providing outstanding service, building trusted long-term relationships
  • Pricing, proposing, and negotiating contracts and stock agreements
  • Planning and forecasting to ensure smooth seasonal supply
  • Taking full ownership of client accounts
  • Attending virtual and occasional in-person meetings
  • Occasional UK travel required (1-2 times/month); full UK driving licence essential

To be suitable for this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience of account management or B2B client services, with a track record of growing existing accounts
  • Experience within a packaging or printing environment is very desirable but not essential
  • Experience of using SPOCS ideal
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong commercial skills including quoting, pricing, and negotiating
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and virtual client meetings

Benefits package:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
  • 26 days + bank holidays
  • Permanently, with a standard 6-month probation period
