We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis who can hit the ground running. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own ledger and chasing outstanding debt by phone and email
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Resolving invoice queries efficiently and professionally
- Allocating cash and maintaining accurate account records
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Working closely with internal teams to improve cash flow
About You:
- Proven experience in a credit control role
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable using accounting/ERP systems and Excel
