We are recruiting a Water Delivery Coordinator on behalf of a client to support a large infrastructure project. This role suits someone organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders
- Coordinate daily water delivery requests and schedules
- Communicate with site teams and contractors to ensure deliveries run smoothly
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and operational data
- Support financial and month-end processes
- Assist with contractor coordination and health & safety reporting
- Provide team support and cross-cover when required
Further Information
- Shifts covering 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning on-call
- Initially office-based 5 days per week β hybrid available once trained (up to 2 days per week in office)
- Occasional site visits (approximately once per quarter)

- Confident using Microsoft Excel and operational systems
