Our client is a leading brand, with very exciting products, and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. If you're passionate, proactive, and pride yourself on your attention to detail, this role might just be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly voice on the other end of the helpline, responding to customer queries and providing solutions that impress
  • Handle warranty claims, process orders, and keep things running smoothly with the Sage system
  • Update stock levels and manage product websites to ensure everything's on point
  • Keep our social media buzzing by running an Instagram account or two!
