We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis who can hit the ground running. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own ledger and chasing outstanding debt by phone and email
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Resolving invoice queries efficiently and professionally
  • Allocating cash and maintaining accurate account records
  • Supporting month-end processes and reporting
  • Working closely with internal teams to improve cash flow

About You:

  • Proven experience in a credit control role
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Comfortable using accounting/ERP systems and Excel
