We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stores Administrator to join our clients Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a great listener, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take clear and accurate messages, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
  • Email messages promptly to the appropriate members of the team.
  • Process incoming purchase orders onto our internal system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain and update records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the stores and purchasing teams as required.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A 'switched-on' approach with the ability to use initiative.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence using computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous administration or stores experience is desirable but not essential.
