Our client, a fast-growing and award-recognised supplier, is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a busy but supportive office environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and growing the branch customer base
  • Maximising sales and profitability across timber and building products
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Managing sales activity and projects through a CRM system
  • Utilising strong timber and joinery product knowledge to support customers

Requirements:

  • Experience selling into the timber, merchant, or construction market
  • Strong background in sales management and account development
  • Essential experience within the timber sector
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Due to the location, a full UK driving licence is required.
