Production Operative in Bedford

Production Operative Location: Shefford Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekly Shifts – 6:00am to 2:00pm & 2:00pm to 10:00pm Job Type: Temp Ongoing, Immediate Start Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Production Operative to join our clients growing team in Bedford. As a key member of the production line, you will play an essential role in manufacturing and assembling high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities: Opening moulds and preparing them for re-filling. Lifting products off the production line. Performing basic maintenance of production equipment, including cleaning equipment and moulds. Carrying out routine weekly technical tasks, such as calibration. Always Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures. Requirements: Experience working in a production environment or operating machinery is essential. Ability to work efficiently and adhere to safety standards. Attention to detail and clear communicator. Physical stamina to work in a manual environment.
