Responsibilities:
- Manufacture precise products in a cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards.
- Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals.
- Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.
- Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting is advantageous (on-the-job training provided).
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and basic computer systems is beneficial.
