Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading supplier based just North of Bedford. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at a relaxed yet professional office environment near Bedford. This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining records within CRM and accounts systems
- Providing after-sales support and resolving issues
- Coordinating deliveries, chasing ETAs and PODs
- Organising hire agreements and equipment installations
- Liaising with customers regarding off-hire dates
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience with both hire and sales processes
