Are you an experienced HR or Admin professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting staff? We're working on behalf of a well-respected Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a capable HR Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital part in the smooth running of HR operations in a school setting. You'll provide essential administrative support across areas such as recruitment, payroll, staff records, and compliance.
Main duties include:
- Processing staff starters, leavers, contracts, and employment changes.
- Creating offer letters and employment documentation.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper personnel files in line with GDPR.
- Supporting payroll processes and liaising with external payroll providers.
- Administering pensions (NEST and LGPS) and managing relevant documentation.
- Assisting with audits, annual leave tracking, and ad hoc HR tasks.
- Supporting senior HR staff and school leaders with data and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous HR or administrative experience – education sector preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
- Confident IT user – comfortable with management systems, Excel, email, and digital filing.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A flexible, professional approach and team spirit.
