Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:

  • 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 10:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join a busy and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures. You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations by checking incoming stock, confirming quantities and product condition, and ensuring items are stored correctly within the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a willingness to carry out a variety of warehouse and yard duties, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.

Requirements

  • A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence
  • Experience using scanner guns and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • The physical fitness required for manual handling duties and outdoor work
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A strong commitment to Health & Safety procedures and company standards
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • A full, valid driving licence
