Manufacturing Operative Location: Bedford Salary: £14.06 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm after 12 Weeks Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to work in a specialised environment? Responsibilities: Manufacture precise products in a cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards. Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance. Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations. Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals. Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management while adhering to cleanroom protocols. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly. Requirements: GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision. Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English). High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting is advantageous (on-the-job training provided).
