4 on 4 off rotational days and nights, 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Bedford, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as a Machine Operator on a permanent basis. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in their industry leading production facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and adhere to Health and Safety standards. Set up and diagnose machinery to ensure maximum efficiency. Identify and troubleshoot process faults. Maintain product quality to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and pre-start HACCP checks. Keep work areas clean and organised. Meet daily production targets. Take on additional duties as needed. Qualifications: Reliable and target-driven. Excellent attention to detail. Experience in a process environment is a plus.
