About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven 360 Temporary Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle within our busy temp desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and has a strong understanding of temporary recruitment processes. You will be responsible for business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end placement delivery, ensuring both clients and candidates receive an exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage your own temporary recruitment desk
  • Proactively win new business through sales calls, meetings, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding workforce needs
  • Source, screen, interview, and place temporary candidates
  • Manage candidate availability, bookings, and compliance
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients
  • Ensure high levels of service delivery and retention
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM/ATS

About You

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies at pace
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of compliance, payroll, and temp recruitment processes (preferred)
