Invoicing Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring customer invoices are accurate, complete, compliant and issued promptly.
Key Responsibilities Review, validate and process customer invoices in accordance with client requirements, contractual rates, authorisation procedures and company controls.
Ensure all supporting documentation, including job records, photographs, purchase orders, quotations and approvals, is complete before invoices are issued.
Identify missing, inaccurate or inconsistent information and work with operational teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Review estimates, costs and job information to ensure invoices accurately reflect completed work.
Raise invoices within agreed service level targets while maintaining accurate records across company systems.
Investigate and respond to invoice queries, disputes and requests for additional information from clients, insurers, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders.
Identify recurring issues, process improvements or training requirements and escalate where appropriate.
Handle sensitive financial and customer information with integrity, confidentiality and in accordance with company policies and data protection requirements.
