Were hiring an experiencedHousekeeping Managerfor a leading UK resort. Youll oversee a large, long-established team (50+ staff) and take charge of maintaining top-tier cleanliness across bedrooms and public areas.

What youll do:

• Lead and motivate a sizeable team across accommodation and public spaces

• Manage rotas, training, and team performance

• Ensure high standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency

• Work closely with other departments to streamline room availability and logistics

• Handle stock control, complaints, and compliance (including H&S reporting)

• Proven experience in housekeeping leadership (hotel/resort/hospitality)
