Expert Folder Gluer Operator
Huntingdon

We are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in Huntingdon to recruit an Expert Multi-Point Folder Gluer Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator who is confident working on high-speed gluing lines and delivering first-class production standards in a fast-paced environment.
As the Expert Multi-Point Folder Gluer Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Expert operation of folder gluer machinery
- Efficient make-readies and machine setup to meet targets
- Manufacture of complex formats including 4-corner, crash lock cartons and bookwraps
- Maintenance and support of TPM processes
- Adherence to job specifications, quality standards, and health & safety protocols
Essential Experience:
- Experience with one or more machines – Vega, Bobst, Diana or Signature
- Strong knowledge of gluing machinery and packaging formats
- High standards of accuracy, problem-solving, and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and maintain focus under pressure
Shift pattern – 38.75 hours rotating weekly:
- Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 05:3013:45
- Late Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 13:4500:00; Thursday, 13:4523:45
- Friday off during late shift weeks. All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
