An exciting, urgent opportunity has arisen for one of our clients based in Huntingdon. You could join them as an Administrator, working as an integral part of the team. Ideally, you will be immediately available or on very short notice.
Responsibilities will include:
- Being the first person to answer calls and reply to clients via phone and email, therefore a confident telephone manner is required
- Managing busy diaries and delivery schedules
- Regularly using the CRM system to keep online documentation up to date
- Conducting general administration duties
- Proactively seeking opportunities to support the team
To be suitable for the position, you will have:
- A positive, confident manner on the telephone with great written communication skills too
- The ability to work quickly and adapt to different tasks
- Good Microsoft skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Great organisation skills
- The willingness to be trained and taught from others, taking instruction on board
- The commitment to work in the office 5 days a week
