We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stores Administrator to join our clients Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a great listener, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take clear and accurate messages, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Email messages promptly to the appropriate members of the team.
- Process incoming purchase orders onto our internal system with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain and update records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the stores and purchasing teams as required.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
