Recruitment Consultant Location: Bedford option to work Hybrid Salary: Competitive base uncapped commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle within our busy temp desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and has a strong understanding of temporary recruitment processes. You’ll be responsible for business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end placement delivery, ensuring both clients and candidates receive an exceptional service.
