We’re proud to create an environment where people feel supported, trusted and able to grow - whether that’s developing new skills, taking on fresh challenges or making a real impact every day. - You’ll translate technical analysis into clear, commercially balanced recommendations for the Head of Technical Pricing and wider senior stakeholders.
- You’ll work with the Head of Technical Pricing to shape and deliver the technical pricing roadmap, ensuring projects are prioritised, governed and delivered in line with business plans.
- You’ll collaborate with underwriting, retail pricing, claims, finance, data, product and trading teams to ensure technical pricing insight is understood and reflected in pricing, underwriting and portfolio management decisions.
- You’ll support the development and implementation of data enrichment, rating structure and modelling improvements, including assessment of external data sources and emerging analytical techniques.
- You’ll ensure pricing changes, model updates and analytical recommendations are supported by clear governance, control evidence, peer review and decision documentation.
