Role Summary
As a Digital Workspace Engineer you will optimise and manage digital workplace technologies, ensuring endpoint devices remain secure, high‑performing, and compliant with business policies. You’ll collaborate with vendors, IT security, and product managers to align solutions with business objectives, drive a shift‑left approach, and automate routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and act as a primary escalation point for digital workspace incidents.
- Optimise, monitor, and maintain digital workplace solutions to meet performance and security standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, security teams, and product managers to deliver aligned technology solutions.
- Lead service improvement and automation initiatives, analysing incident trends and implementing Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).
- Document processes and provide guidance for shift‑left support teams.
Location and Work Model
Flexible work; majority remote with occasional visits to one of our offices in Haywards Heath, West Sussex; Salford Quays, Manchester; or Guernsey (choice of location).
