Are you professional, reliable, and passionate about keeping people safe? Full time and part time 12 hour shifts available. Shifts: Nights, days and weekends rostered shifts (no nights only).
We're looking for SIA licensed Security Officers to join our hospital team and help protect patients, visitors, and staff in a caring healthcare environment.
All applicants are subject to Screening to BS7858:2019, an initial written test of 27 questions to ensure suitability and background knowledge, pass mark 21 out of 27.

What you'll do:
- Assist with safeguarding duties, including supporting vulnerable patients.
- Carry out regular patrols and report any security or safety concerns.
- Provide a visible, reassuring security presence across hospital sites.
- Control access to wards and restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, supporting clinical teams where needed.
- De-escalate challenging behaviour and use safe breakaway techniques when necessary.
What we're looking for:
- Essential:
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision)
- 3 Years experience min
- DBS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

- Sharps Awareness (safe handling of needles & sharps)
