Are you professional, reliable, and passionate about keeping people safe? We’re looking for SIA licensed Security Officers to join our hospital team and help protect patients, visitors, and staff in a caring healthcare environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a visible, reassuring security presence across hospital sites.
  • Control access to wards and restricted areas.
  • Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, supporting clinical teams where needed.
  • De-escalate challenging behaviour and use safe breakaway techniques when necessary.
  • Carry out regular patrols and report any security or safety concerns.
  • Assist with safeguarding duties, including supporting vulnerable patients.

What we’re looking for:

  • Essential: Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision). and DBS
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • 3 Years NHS experience
