Are you professional, reliable, and passionate about keeping people safe? We’re looking for SIA licensed Security Officers to join our hospital team and help protect patients, visitors, and staff in a caring healthcare environment.
What you’ll do:
- Provide a visible, reassuring security presence across hospital sites.
- Control access to wards and restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, supporting clinical teams where needed.
- De-escalate challenging behaviour and use safe breakaway techniques when necessary.
- Carry out regular patrols and report any security or safety concerns.
- Assist with safeguarding duties, including supporting vulnerable patients.
What we’re looking for:
- Essential: Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision). and DBS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- 3 Years NHS experience
