As a Front of House Floater, you will be an essential part of our London team, bringing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere to a variety of our 10 sites within our network. This unique role offers you the flexibility to pick up shifts at a time to suit you and the opportunity to experience different locations, providing the ultimate opportunity in flexible working and variety in your work life.
What we’re looking for:
- Versatility: Be open to working across all of our Central London locations with a variety of hours available, as well as being on “stand-by” for emergency cover if you are available.
- Stage Presence: Be the welcoming smile customers look forward to seeing when they enter the club; providing 10* customer service to new and returning customers & supporting on all enquiries.
- Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team across all the 1Rebel sites, learning everything there is to know about the club and its customers.
- Communication: Communicate with teams and managers to effectively manage your time, with a cooperative attitude towards in-club teams, trainers, head office, and customers.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a professional attitude and experience.
As a Front of House Floater, no day will look the same, but you can expect to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in every customer to their class.
- Conduct club tours for prospective members and proactively sell memberships or promotions.
- Open and close clubs with an understanding of how to reconcile daily takings in the club.
- Deal with any customer queries in a timely and precise manner, escalating when appropriate.
- Ensure all club daily documents and tasks are completed and maintained.
- Sell and make high-quality protein shakes, handling pre-ordered shakes and shakes purchased on-site.
- Sell and promote retail.
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional club areas, including the changing rooms, wet areas, water station, bar area, club, retail, and reception.
- Be ready to jump in for last-minute cover support.
- Work in a fun, energetic gym environment.
- Enjoy unlimited access to 1Rebel classes.
- Participate in regular team socials, nights out, and the best Christmas parties around!
