As a Front of House Supervisor at 1Rebel, you will be instrumental in creating an unparalleled customer experience in our clubs. Your role will involve supervising the Front of House team while providing exceptional service to our members and guests. You will inspire, motivate, and lead your team to uphold our brand standards, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

In this position, you will manage day-to-day operations at the front desk, from welcoming members to efficiently handling customer queries and facilitating membership sales. You will also be responsible for training and developing our Front of House team, ensuring they deliver top-notch service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations, including check-ins and inventory assistance
  • Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance alongside the GM
  • Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of club areas, ensuring they meet 1Rebel\’s standards
  • Assist in promoting retail and shake offerings to enhance revenue

Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably within the fitness or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and complex queries with composure and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of the 1Rebel brand
  • Set days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
