This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi award winning disruptive technology firm as a Graduate Customer Success Manager, working with product support teams to deliver successful customer projects from planning stages to final review.

The software builds on ground-breaking machine learning and pattern recognition techniques developed at the University of Cambridge to read and understand documents. The technology helps clients to improve processes across their business.

Main roles and responsibilities of the Graduate Customer Success Manager include:

  • Work with internal teams to deliver successful live customer projects from planning stages to final review
  • Act as a product expert for customers
  • Understand the individual use cases and needs of each customer
  • Provide advice, educate and train customers on how to use the product
  • Deliver training of the product and propose workflow solutions
  • Work with the support and technical operations teams to co-ordinate and resolve technical issues
  • Work with leading organisations and help them obtain value from the product

Requirements for the Graduate Customer Success Manager role:

  • Graduated with a minimum 2:1 in Law or a scientific or analytical based discipline
  • Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Articulate with a desire to improve customer-facing skills and present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge
  • Organised with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively
  • Languages useful but not essential: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch ideal however any language is a bonus.
