1Password is seeking a Renewals Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) team in the UK. You’ll manage renewals for a portfolio of existing accounts, collaborating with Sales, CS, and Product to ensure retention and long-term relationships. This fully remote UK role reports to the Director, Customer Success and Onboarding.
You’ll drive renewal conversations, analyze trends, and educate customers on the value of our security solutions, contributing to a seamless renewal experience.
