As a Commercial/Enterprise BDR, you’ll be pivotal in driving our growth within the Commercial & Enterprise sector across the EMEA Region. This role has a higher emphasis on generating strategic outbound opportunities while still engaging with inbound leads. You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, establishing the groundwork for successful sales engagements. This is a remote opportunity within the UK.

- Experience: You have one or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation, with a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.

What you can expect:
- Lead Generation: Focus primarily on generating and qualifying outbound leads, while also handling inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and video.
- Manage and grow Sales Pipeline: Proactively prospect into new accounts, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business opportunities in new and existing Commercial/Enterprise accounts by conducting initial conversations and following up with decision-makers.
- X-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives and others to leverage their insights and expertise to achieve shared goals.
- Develop Pipeline Generation Skills: Build and improve your skills in pipeline generation, crucial for your career progression within sales.
- Continuous Learning: Deepen your understanding of our product, its use cases, and any company initiatives through our onboarding programme and Learning Management System.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilise an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Travel: You may occasionally be required to travel for company meetings and marketing events. The frequency and duration of travel will depend on business needs.
- Creativity and Adaptation: You will try new things—if something isn’t working, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and to try new tactics and strategies.
