We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with focus on product analytics to join our Data & Analytics team and drive data-driven decision making across our organisation. In this role, you will analyse complex datasets, conduct research, and provide valuable insights to support product strategy and business growth. You must have Data Science experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and interpret large-scale on-chain and off-chain datasets to inform business decisions
- Design and maintain data collection processes and event storage systems
- Conduct research to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities
- Create intuitive dashboards and data visualisations for internal teams and external partners
- Propose and test hypotheses with empirical evidence
- Monitor and evaluate product metrics and user behaviour patterns
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in data/product analytics
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Experience creating intuitive dashboards and data visualisations for internal teams and external partners
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating data visualizations and building analytical dashboards (Mixpanel, Metabase)
- Intermediate SQL, Python knowledge
- Familiarity with A/B tests and Casual Inference
- Understanding of product analytics and user behaviour analysis
- Crypto/Web3 analytical stack (Dune, Nodes, Flipside)
- Low level blockchain data understanding (traces, events)
- Experience in uncovering business-driving data insights
