This is a pivotal leadership position where you will transform traditional infrastructure support into a world-class platform engineering function. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers to build resilient, multi-cloud environments that empower our developers to deploy and manage services independently. By balancing strategic vision with technical rigour, you will ensure our global decentralised systems remain secure, scalable, and exceptionally reliable. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a DevOps strategy that aligns infrastructure growth with 1inch’s business objectives. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of automation and accountability.
