Responsibilities
- Ensure successful post‑deployment service delivery of Workday solutions for clients.
- Work closely with team members and independently manage workload.
- Act as a hands‑on subject‑matter expert, specialising in Workday Time Tracking (and optionally Absence Management).
- Collaborate with clients to understand post‑go‑live requirements and design, build, configure, and test Workday solutions.
- Serve as a point of reference for colleagues; share knowledge, provide training, and mentor new team members.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with Cloud Optimisation clients and internal team members.
- Provide insights from product and industry knowledge, innovating and staying informed on HR business trends.
- Apply Workday and Strada methodologies to deliver excellence and contribute to financial performance.
- Manage multiple concurrent client requests and optimisation opportunities efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Workday Time Tracking (post‑go‑live).
- Certified in Workday Time Tracking; Absence Management certification is preferable.
- Advanced analytical and functional skills demonstrated through project or support experience.
- Experience in HR system maintenance and enhancement, including consultancy of HR processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; fully fluent English required.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated collaboration and contribution in prior work environments.
- Desire to work on multiple concurrent clients and play a key role in virtual teams.
- Integrity, self‑management confidence, high personal productivity, and self‑motivation.
