Due to continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and professional Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join a busy and well-established distribution operation in Hemel Hempstead.
As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for completing a daily delivery route, providing excellent customer service while ensuring goods are delivered safely, accurately and on time.
You will work independently throughout the day while receiving full support from an experienced transport, logistics and operations team.
Key Responsibilities * Complete scheduled multi-drop deliveries efficiently and safely across your allocated route. * Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery point. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or concerns. * Accurately load and unload a 3.5-tonne van each morning. * Use a handheld scanner to check and record deliveries. * Ensure goods are safely secured before leaving the depot. * Carry out regular manual handling, lifting and carrying. * Manage your daily delivery route and workload effectively. * Maintain professional standards while representing the business. * Follow all health and safety and safe working procedures.
What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: * Reliable, punctual and hardworking. * Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with customers. * Comfortable working independently. * Experienced driving a 3.5-tonne Transit-style van. * Experienced in multi-drop delivery driving, courier work or van driving. * Physically fit and comfortable with regular loading, unloading and manual handling. * Flexible and willing to work overtime when required. * Able to work effectively in a busy transport and distribution environment. * Looking for a stable, long-term driving opportunity.
Previous experience as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, Courier Driver, 3.5T Driver, Transit Van Driver, Distribution Driver or Logistics Driver would be advantageous.
