We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our client’s care team on night shifts in the SO31 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference to residents’ lives. You will play a key role in supporting residents overnight, ensuring their clinical, emotional, and personal care needs are met with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

Key requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Awareness of CQC regulations
- Care Certificate
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one before starting employment due to working around vulnerable people
- A caring, professional, and person-centred approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently during night shifts
Role responsibilities
- Delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing throughout the night
- Supporting care staff and promoting best practice
- Ensuring care plans are followed and updated where required
- Maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Responding calmly and professionally to any changes in residents’ needs
The ideal candidate
You will be a reliable and compassionate nurse who takes pride in providing excellent care. You will be able to work confidently as part of a team and be comfortable making decisions during night shifts. This role is ideal for someone who values kindness, accountability, professionalism, and continuous development.
Hours of work: 20h00 -08:00
Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: £22.39 per hour
- Saturday: £23.45 per hour
- Sunday: £25.58 per hour
