We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to provide temporary cover in our friendly and supportive care home.
Role Overview:
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and mealtimes
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans and health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant (preferred but not essential)
- A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends as required)
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
