We are looking for hard-working and reliable seasonal field workers to join our clients' vineyard team during the growing season. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you will play a key part in maintaining vine health and supporting grape production. You will be involved in various vineyard tasks across different stages of the season, contributing directly to the quality of our harvest.
Key Responsibilities
- Pulling Out (Shoot Thinning): Removing excess shoots to improve vine structure and airflow
- Bud Rubbing: Removing unwanted buds to encourage healthy growth
- Leaf Stripping: Removing leaves around grape clusters to improve sunlight exposure and air circulation
- General vine maintenance and care
- Following instructions from supervisors to ensure quality standards
- Working efficiently as part of a team in outdoor conditions
