We are seeking a reliable and motivated machine operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up production lines, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient output while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will take full ownership of at least one production line, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting team members on the line.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up production lines, including machinery and auxiliary equipment, in a timely manner
- Monitor and adjust machine controls to ensure efficient and continuous operation
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, legality, and site procedures
- Complete and sign off all required documentation, including CCP, weight checks, and line checks
- Manage all aspects of line performance, including:
- Housekeeping
- Waste management
- Replenishment of consumables
