Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. In this role, you'll be delivering shopping directly to customers' doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service and representing Iceland as the friendly face our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer shopping safely and efficiently to residential addresses
- Provide outstanding customer service at every doorstep
- Represent the business in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Follow all road safety, company, and compliance requirements
- Manage time effectively while juggling a varied and sometimes hectic workload
- Handle daily driving challenges calmly and professionally
- Basic DBS or willingness to obtain one
- No age restriction, provided relevant driving experience is held
- Full UK driving licence: Held for a minimum of 3 years, or held for at least 2 years with a minimum of 6 months driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
- No convictions for specific offences on your licence
- Drivers must present a professional appearance at all times:
- High-visibility jacket or vest
- Anti-slip, enclosed footwear
- Black t-shirt
- Dark-coloured trousers
- Shorts permitted only in hot weather
- No ripped jeans
- No offensive logos, slogans, or t-shirts
- Shifts are ad hoc and may be last minute
